Donate By Check

DRI always welcomes donations by physical check. Simply make your donation payable to Disability Rights Iowa and send to our office at the following address:

Facebook

There are several ways to make donations on Facebook.Donate from a post on Facebook

  1. Click Donate on the post.
  2. Enter the amount you’d like to donate.
  3. Select a payment method or enter your payment information.
  4. Click Donate [Amount].

You can make donations from a post published by the charitable organization’s Facebook Page or shared by someone who donated.Donate directly from a Facebook fundraiser

  1. Click Donate at the top of the fundraiser.
  2. Enter the amount you’d like to donate.
  3. Select a payment method or enter your payment information.
  4. Click Donate [Amount].

Donate directly from a charitable organization’s PageDonate directly from a charitable organization’s Page:

  1. Click Donate on the Page’s cover photo.
  2. Enter the amount you’d like to donate.
  3. Select a payment method or enter your payment information.
  4. Click Donate [Amount].

You can also set up a PIN for additional security when making donations on Facebook.We store your payment information securely after you enter it for the first time. This allows you to make future donations without having to re-enter your information. You can remove or manage this information by going to your Facebook payment settings. Note: This feature isn’t available in every location. Find out who can make donations to nonprofit fundraisers and to personal fundraisers on Facebook.


Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines

Donate Now allows you to make a contribution to a fund using a credit or debit card. Your contribution is assessed a 3.5% fee to cover the secure credit card processing. Please consider including an additional 3.5% to your contribution so that 100% of your contribution benefits the charitable fund. 

If you prefer to make a contribution by check rather than credit/debit card, please click here for a Fund Contribution Form to enclose with your check.

DRI is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Iowa as a 501(c)3 Corporation. Donors may deduct contributions to DRI as provided in section 170 of the IRS Code.
