Event Registration – National Mental Health Awareness Celebration

Thank you for your interest in our National Mental Health Awareness Celebration with Dior Vargas.

This event will take place in multiple locations. Please select the location you wish to participate in this event at on May 10th, 2022 from 6:30-8:00 pm.
In Person and Virtual Locations(Required)
Will you attend this event in English or Spanish(Required)
Due to technical constraints, only one language can be shared in the room for the satellite locations. The captioning and language shared will be what the majority has chosen for your specific satellite location. The website will be updated to indicate which language will be shared. You will have the option to access the event through the other language provided through your own personal device. Should you chose to watch at a satellite location from your personal device, please bring headphones. The in-person Des Moines event and the livestream online will offer both English and Spanish audio and visual elements.

Accommodations

Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all events hosted by Disability Rights Iowa. Communication Across Real Time Translation (CART) in English and Spanish, and American Sign Language will be provided for this event. Additionally, English-Spanish Spoken Language Translation will be provided. If you require an accommodation to participate in this event, please email or call contact@driowa.org or 515-452-0757 prior to May 2nd at 5pm.
