Thank you for your interest in Disability Rights Iowa. Below you will find information on how to request our services, job openings that we may have, and how to file a grievance under our Grievance Policy.

To request help from DRI you can call us or submit a request on our website. In person requests at DRI’s office are only available on a limited basis and must be scheduled in advance.  To request assistance from DRI, call us at (515)278-2502, 800-779-2502, and/or Relay 711.  To submit an online request please fill out the intake form on this page. DRI’s Intake Team does their best to answer your calls live during our business hours.  If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail that includes information about when you would be available for us to return your call. DRI aims to return phone calls and online requests within two business days.

Grievance Policy

It is the Policy of Disability Rights IOWA, to provide clients and potential clients an opportunity to express concerns about services provided or denied them by the agency. The following steps allow clients, potential clients, or someone acting on their behalf to raise concerns about any of the following:

  1. Denial of Services;
  2. The closure of a case;
  3. The type or quality of services provided.
