The Disability Rights Iowa (DRI) WIPA team is hosting a FREE in-person event.
The event will take place on Thursday, October 22, 2026 in Sioux City Iowa at the Iowa Works Building.
Individuals who should attend include:
- People Receiving a Social Security DisabilityBeneft and Interested in Work
- Family/Guardians/Representative Payees
- Employment Specialists, VocationalRehabilitation Counselors, Case Managers,and Other Staff at Disability ServiceProviders
The interactive, in-person training will include the basics of Social Security disability benefits and work incentives. Attendees will also learn how the DRI WIPA team can help SSDI and/or SSI beneficiaries reach their employment goals. Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all events hosted by DRI.
