Representative Payee Program Director
Jen Winchell graduated cum laude from Iowa State University with a BS in Apparel, Merchandising and Design. She also has an AS in Human Services from Iowa Central Community College. Jen previously worked for Optimae LifeServices as their Representative Payee. She loves vacationing with her family and creating inspiration boards on Pinterest. Jen is excited to continue protecting social security beneficiaries against financial exploitation and work for the disability community with Disability Rights Iowa.
