Tammy Crouch

Tammy is a middle aged white woman with curly light brown hair that is cut to the middle of her neck. It is parted in the middle. She wears rectangular glasses that are dark and plastic. She is smiling kindly and wearing a bright red polo shirt while standing in front of a solid gray wall.

WIPA Coordinator

Tammy received a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University. Previous experience includes working as a Disability Navigator, Employment Specialist, and Disability Resource Coordinator with an emphasis on Benefits Planning for Beneficiaries receiving Supplemental Security Income and Social Security Disability Insurance. She received her CWIC certification from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2014. Tammy has also had the opportunity to be involved with many projects related to Ticket to Work, Iowa Medicaid Waivers, Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation, and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. She is very active in her community and serves on several committees that work to address barriers to housing, transportation, education, and employment related situations. She enjoys science-fiction, astronomy and spending time with her family.
